In order to get the same effect with 4 - 20 mA, 240 cables would have to be laid. Obviously, the KOBUS system has a giant advantage just in wiring alone. In addition, it is advantageous that the sensor modules (initially for temperature, moisture, voltage, and current) developed by us are priced comparably to the 4 - 20 mA transducers, which means that there are also no additional expenses - as with other expensive bus systems - for the user.
